[Request] Belt Brush Blueprint #67

It'd be handy if when you have belt brush selected you could command it to place a blueprint instead of directly placing, perhaps by holding shift.

Just sent in a PR with additional on_put_item event data. If it gets accepted this will be trivial to add!
