v0.3.3 depends on ^1.1.2 which - as I understand it - will only allow using up to the latest version in 1.x.x.

It looks like v0.3.3 actually relies on updates response formats in nexmo v2.0.x so errors are being thrown when executing some commands.

This PR updates the version to 2.0.1. I could maybe have gone with ^2.0.1 but I'm playing it safe.
