Summary

Updating the CLI to use the 1.0.0-beta-x library which is actually the nexmo package (and not easynexmo). Namespaced API means all interactions with the library (referred to as SDK in the code) have been updated.

Other Information

Looks like the contribution note also needs to be updated to no longer refer to easynexmo.

@leggetter few small changes suggested. Let's merge this after the Node lib is merged and released. I think this PR is already 2 Beta's behind :)
