Can't buy numbers #53

I seem to be getting a new error for something that used to work. Wonder if the underlying API changed.

nexmo nb 447507332052 --confirm
Missing Mandatory fields (number and/or callback url)

Could be that the underlying library changed? Maybe it's not passing on parameters correctly?

Closed by #54. Seems we started using NI Advanced for some reason at some point. Added a test and fix.
