Use 1.0.0-beta6 of nexmo. Bump version. #65

VAPI 2-beta2 has been released. This means that the underlying nexmo library has been updated. This pull request updates the library that is used so that nexmo-cli can be used with VAPI 2-beta2.

This branch is currently failing in Node 6.3.0 due to some errors in MockFS. I raised a ticket on https://github.com/tschaub/mock-fs/issues/137

Merging this so that we can release. #66 has been raised to keep track of the problem with the build.
