Hello! This looks good, but could you please remove the HTML tags (they are kind of redundant with this being a markdown file and being in the headings), and also throw in the CoC we have? https://github.com/Vonage/vonage-php-sdk-core/blob/master/CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md

Once those are done I'll get this merged, thanks!
