Is Inbound Message concatenation supported? #72

I guess all is in the question :-).

I have not been able to find any reference on how to use inbound message concatenation with this package.

This package is officially abandoned in favour of https://github.com/Vonage/vonage-laravel. Please use that, and open tickets in that repo if required, thanks.
