Move nodes (HTML + JS) into sub directory #21

There doesn't seem to be a naming convention for what the subdirectory should be called (I've seen red, nodes, and src used) but moving the .html and .js files into a subdirectory would clean up the repo.

Update: the main Node RED repo uses nodes.
