Update category in webhooks.html #40

Updated the category of voice webhook and return ncco, in case you wanted to go that way. They now appear under nexmo, instead of the previous input and output - that the default palette no longer has.

I decided to put them in the network category for now as thats consistent with where the input/output has mostly gone and the nexmo section is already very crowded, may well re-vist this for 4.0 next year with a view to overhauling most of the nodes/pallette layout
