Change tag title from H1 to H2 for SEO #17

Currently, the tags in the OAS are being rendered as H1's, in the same way as the API name. For example, see: https://developer.nexmo.com/api/conversation

For SEO purposes, we ideally want all pages to have an H2 header and the tag seems like a great candidate as all subheadings of the tag are H3 or smaller.

@fabianrbz Could you have a look at this please? I think I'm changing the right element in _model.rb, but my changes seem to have no effect :/
