Rename codebase to `station` #310

Description

The station gem was originally a combined platform and portal Rails application called nexmo-developer. The codebase still reflects the name nexmo-developer throughout. It should be changed to station. Tests need to be created to validate that the code still works as expected after the name change.

Related resources

Most of the functionality is found inside the lib/nexmo_developer folder, but not exclusively.
