Moved README.md files from examples into docs.

@ChrisGuzman - I've replaced docs/getting-started.md with what was in examples/1-simple-conversation.md as I wasn't sure how they differed.

It would be good to have README.md files in examples but the purpose of those should be to say how to get the example running and not the full docs. https://github.com/Nexmo/conversation-android-quickstart/issues/3 created for that.

@leggetter instead of removing use cases. Would you rather we make it clear that the use cases described are just some possibilities?

@ChrisGuzman - IMO, no. Let's see what others build around the idea of conversations and with a focus on integrating into existing systems.
