Description of issue:

I updated today - Norton pop up "does not have valid digital certificate" screenshot attached. the screen shows weird lines on this app only, is this normal? screenshot attached

That's odd, seems to be a graphical issue, try uninstalling and reinstalling. Meanwhile, ill look into this more
