Unable to resize window #260

Issue name: Can't resize window narrower

Description of issue: Seems the program can't resize narrower than like 75% width of the screen. Except on an ultra wide monitor, this means it forces it to remain a large window for no reason. In the screenshot attached, that is as narrow as i can make the window. Please allow it to get narrower, it's obnoxious at that size.

Any update on this? would really love to shrink this windows some. Saw another update, 2.4.0 and was hoping this would be included.... still waiting.

Over a year since i reported this and the window can't resize smaller. is it more complicated than i realize?
