Starts up and stays on "loading" forever. #271

Hi The Updatehub starts up and stays on "loading" forever, no program is found. Same happens if started as "administrator"

also to note, it isn't drawing the titlebar so the window can't be moved or closed via that (but alt+space still brings up the window menu to allow for moving that way. alt+space, 'm'ove, press a cursor(arrow) key and then move mouse, click to finish the move)

attempting to run the command winget --info in a cmd window shows it isn't a valid application, in powershell it shows Program 'winget.exe' failed to run: The process has no package identityAt line:1 char:1

i tried installing the winget-cli from the microsoft github, but it's already installed and a repair shows no change. I figure it's something to do with winget, but i haven't had enough coffee to figure that part out yet.

Hmm I also tried installing winget but it wasn't happy about that.

Yeah, our app uses winget to get updates and app information for the app update page. It also uses it to get the system language so the app can recognize multiple languages that winget outputs. So if you don't have winget installed, it's not going to work. Will probably make an update soon that makes the app usable without it (for non-winget features).

v2.3.0 Should bring a popup saying that WinGet couldn't be loaded without crashing the whole app. If WinGet is still broken try uninstalling/reinstalling it
