`APPINSTALLER_CLI_ERROR_NO_APPLICATIONS_FOUND (0x8A150014)` Error when updating an app #716

Getting the error APPINSTALLER_CLI_ERROR_NO_APPLICATIONS_FOUND (0x8A150014) when installing an app.

Debug info:

App version: 2.3.1 WinGet version: 1.6.3133 Device ID: 7a33d0ea-ee4c-4119-94bf-fa6da96f21b9 OS version: 22631.2715 Electron version: 27.0.3 Node version: 18.17.1 Chrome version: 118.0.5993.120

Happens when trying to run the update of UpdateHub itself. It was mentioned as an update after the scan.

UpdateHub suggests its own update in the app, while it is already on 2.3.1 Closer inspection of installed apps on Windows. It showed both versions were available 2.3.0 + 2.3.1, which suggests that the cleanup of registry items is not done correctly by UpdateHub. De-install 2.3.0, actually de-installed version 2.3.1, leaving 2.3.0 is uninstallable from that moment on. Was able to remove the version from Control Panel/Installed Apps. However, after re-installing 2.3.1 I did get the timeout error again after scanning for updates took a very long time.
