Better subtree scripts - Githubissues

keep merged commit hash cache in .gitsubtree file instead of in .subtree-cache folder which was ignored
means cache is now tracked in git repo history, and not depended on user configuration
remade scripts in python, should be fully cross platform except for notification sending which is hardcoded to use notify-send
improved some error handling too
