Removed the app Orgasmotron and lovespouse from ble spam

wasnt super sure about the ble spam part, but yeah makes sense. already have something in the works to replace the lost protocol here ;)

actually had a change of heart. while yes, technically nsfw, i think lovespouse should stay due to being a ble "protocol". but yes orgasmotron gone
