Changed nc-slideshow-v2:

changed size from 24 to 32px

Changed nc-core-carousel:

Arrow size from 24 to 32px
Arrow color to gray-3 (#aaaaa)
Add control for scroll to show/hide arrows
In desktop show scroll with hover
In desktop show arrows with over

Changed nc-carousel

Styles to display scroll correctly
