Attempt to fix annotation saving issue. Basically, the newest version of Chrome doesn't allow popups from external iframes, meaning potree can't make popups anymore. Unfortunately, I'm not sure this is the same issue Joe and our annotators were facing, but it's worth a try. This change is necessary for anyone with the newest version of chrome (like me) anyways.
