How did you get stuff like AirPlayDevice? 🤔 I'm just really curious as I might try and expand upon this for other apps if possible...

It looks like you are referencing this definition which is probably autogenerated from the macOS AppleScript interface that you can browse in the script editor library (I'm not the author of the JXA library).
