Added animated small_image and "by" before artist name #76

Feel free to change the small_image link to a more permanent solution. I used Imgur to host the image because that was the only URL I could get to work within the character limit.

Hello! Thank you for your contribution, please excuse my inactivity, I've been quite busy over the last two months and totally missed this PR.

Except the two buttons, I try in this project to match Spotify's activity as closely as possible. This would indeed include the recently added "by" before the artist name, but I wouldn't add any small image.
