Hello, i got a new pc and am following your guide to make FFXI beautiful in 2021. im about 27 minutes in where i need to delete two // from wait 30 and FrameRateDivisor 1. i did that. saved the file and logged in. i can toggle ambient lighting and display the framerate. but the fps never changes to 60. it stays around 30 is there something i have missed ? i even tried the old commands where i typed in //config FrameRateDivisor 1 with no luck. i also waited 30 seconds to see if it would uncap on its own and it hasnt.

Does it go above 30FPS at all? If so then it’s uncapped, you will not get 60FPS the majority of the time and normally somewhere between 35-50. Let me know and we can go from there. s

no, it doesn't go beyond 30 fps at all. also my init.txt file looks different than the one displayed in the video, i have attached it as well. Init txt

sorry i should have clarified that in your video there are not blank lines. such as lines 85 and 88

I’m wondering if Windower is running or not. If you press the insert key does the red command line come up? Make sure you are launching FFXI through Windower4. Also make sure “config” is activated in Windower4

when logging in through windower i do see red text one screen that says accept or decline right before selecting my character so i see it working. but...now that you mention it i dont think i have config turned on in Windower lololol. let me try this real quick.
