Descripe the feature and motivation

The preferred way to add GTest Suite to your project is through Github submodules.

Put the library in the extern directory.
As a dummy test evaluate the sudoManager version with the one on the header file.

Additional context

Try to respect the CMakeLists.txt hierarchy.
