During Hex Lord fight he does https://tbcdb.com/?spell=43382 / https://tbcdb.com/?spell=43383 aka Spirit Bolts , after this is finished casting he is supposed to each time cast a debuff on players that stack https://tbcdb.com/?spell=44131 / https://tbcdb.com/?spell=44132
What instead happen is that the debuff does not appear on players.
This was caused by a recent change as it used to work properly, last time I was in ZA and it worked was around 2-3 weeks ago.
