What should happen on Netherspite is when a player stand in the path of the Green Beam, each tick of the beam he receive, renew of stack, his mana should be replenished to 100% (of the current mana the player has).

"Similar to the red beam, mana is restored to the new maximum with each tick."
What currently happen is that the mana of the player is not affected by the red beam ticking.
Potentially similar to https://github.com/Nextcalibur/Bugtracker/issues/596
