Discovered that when i use Healing Bonus Trinkets my Healing Stream Totem is at a certain level of healing and stays at it all the time.
But when i move away out of the totems range and get back in range it "forgets" the HealBoni at the time of the initial cast (when iam out of Wrath of air totem it will also disregard this Bonus).
But It should keep the value when it was cast.
