NMM 62.22 crashes while Enabling Plugins #148

Everytime I start FO4, all mods are disabled, including my DLCs. So, while in the FO4 main menu mods screen, I start to enable all of the mods manually (I don't know why Bethesda has a disable all choice but no enable all choice), the game will flash a few times & I can already see the familiar "NMM had to shut down" window. So I Ctrl+Alt+Delete to switch to NMM, sure enough, NMM crashed with another trace log. Scroll down to the bottom of the Trace Log and it shows that it can't find my plugins.txt in the local\fallout 4 folder. As you can see from the last picture, not all of my DLC is showing.

Just enabled all mods on the ingame mods screen. Closed it and exited the game. I go back to NMM & now all Plugins except for Fallout4.ems are disabled. I'm going to check if it is 62.22, so I reinstalled 62.21.

I will update results

Just opened the plugins.txt file and it's empty. Only thing that is listed is Fallout4.esm. everything else is gone. Is this a NMM issue or FO4 issue?

Could you share that profile, I'll test it.

I would, but since I was reverting back to 62.21, it dumped all of my mods, the plugins are there, just the mods are gone. This is really starting to upset me. I spend a lot of time setting it up the way I want it and something goes wrong.

I have to start all over again.

Here's a strange thing. I uninstalled NMM completely (except mods, it left them), then installed 62.22. It did it's normal search for the listed games. It found FO:NV & The Witcher 3, but it never found FO4.
