"Nexus Mod Manager has Stopped Working" (Unresolved) #101

Every time I install a mod to my directory, it gets to 99% (or even 100% for some mods), it crashes. This also happens whenever I select a plugin, on the plugins tab (I've been able to install one plugin successfully). I've tried manually updating and reinstalling NMM, resetting my NMM preferences and UI, deleting the plugins.txt file for FO4, changing it from read-only, running NMM as administrator, verifying my steam files, moving NMM folders, and making more space on my hard drive (from 2GB to 20GB) to no avail. The trace logs have stopped being recorded about two years ago, even through many re-installations. I'm at my wit's end, and am hoping you can provide more insight than google and the respective forums. I'm close to just manually installing the mods. Thanks

Currently modding FO4 NMM version 0.63.14

I reverted to an older version (0.61.6), which began giving trace logs on some crashes. Here is an example trace log: Please help!
