Adding two or more Archive file in one go causing Error

Describe the bug I tried to Add File from two or more Archive File together and then the NMM Crash. The first file will always Completed and Registered in Mods, but the second or later wont. and if i relaunch NMM and try to resume it, it will stuck at "Moving" status and i need to purge the Download Manager and re-add one by one.

Environment

• NMM version: 0.72.1
• Mod(s) used: Any file as long as it's an Archive File. this is the last two mod that i tried to use to reproduce the bug. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/35382 https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/35720

To Reproduce -Open the Mods tab -Press the Plus Button(Add Mod from File) -Select two or more mod archive file then press Open like in the picture

-Wait after the first file Complete and then at the second file NMM will error

Additional information The Archive file name is formated as how it is downloaded manually from the Nexus, for example "Flicker Fixer-35720-5-0-1543507297.7z". I copied the file from my Vortex Download Folder because i want to migrate all my mod from there.

NEW EDIT: I got the same issue if i add a new archive when there's an archive that's still processing. which technically the same issue as adding two file in one go

I have the same problem. Anyway, you can bypass it by moving manually your files in the nexus mod manager folder while it is closed.

i reverted to the 71.3 version and this issue no longer happens for me if i use 72.0 or 72.1 i have the same issue so no updating for me until its fixed
