All mods working and in the plugins list but gone from the mods list. Mods or updates that I download show up but everything before the update is gone from the mods list. Does it all have to be redownloaded even though it's in my virtual install and the plugins list?

Environment

NMM version: 0.1.0
Mod(s) used: <link to mod(s) on Nexus> Alot of mods for Fallout 4

Please remember to attach any trace logs you get in connection to this problem. Without these it will often be very hard to track down the bug.

To Reproduce How to reproduce the problem NA

Additional information Anything that could help track down this problem, other software used, screenshots, etc. Maybe I erased something but this all happened on a recent update. Really just want to know if there is a way to get them back in the list since they are still working.

This simply means you configured NMM to point to the wrong Mods folder (wrong as in, not the one you were using before).

Actually, it means NMM insisted on applying an update to the organization which DOES NOT WORK as after I waited an hour for every damn thing to transfer ve restarted and it's telling me the change your "UPDATE" insisted on is corrupt! Don't even; It does not work because it does not work and it will not work until you make it work.

Got it? It don't work!!
