"Couldn't inject dll" error occurs after the cmd window if launching SKSE or F4SE through NMM. Launching SKSE or F4SE from the folder has no issue.

That sometimes happen cause Windows decides NMM is unsafe, usually closing and restarting NMM fixes the issue.
