2 years ago You can't move the game folder somewhere else without starting from scratch on NMM. It's not supported at all.
Anyway, there's a few updates planned for the future that will help make this process way less painful.
Please give as much information as you can, replace/remove italicized text. I moved FO4 from one drive to another, I fixed NMM so it finds and load it. Yet now the application "sometimes" installed a mod properly, ex. Workshop Framework and Workshop Plus I had to update, I erased the old version as I downloaded newest. Procesided to install new one, but when I noticed it only installed the esp. All the other files were mia.
Describe the bug As I stated the Mod did not install properly, even though I had cleaned out the older file and had a free updated one.
Environment
Please remember to attach any trace logs you get in connection to this problem. Without these it will often be very hard to track down the bug. No Tracelog has been generated as NMM is not detecting the error.
To Reproduce How to reproduce the problem Not certain, but I would expect if you let Steam mitigate from one drive to another.
Additional information Anything that could help track down this problem, other software used, screenshots, etc. I have only updated 2 mods so far, I will keep and eye and screenshot any issues I find.
