Mods not icon flagged as enabled when search performed during enabling

If a search is performed whilst trying to enable multiple mods and they have not all been completly enabled (taking too long), the mod(s) will forever remain in a "lighter gray" colour and not have the green tick shown next to them.

To get the green tick back, the mod(s) need to be disabled and re-enabled, so presumeably the NMM is aware that the mod(s) are actually enabled but refusing to show the icon as it should.
