Downloaded Mod Not installing properly

A short description of what the problem is

I downloaded KeyNuker ( https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/5108?tab=files ). I then Enabled the mod using the Green Check Mark on the MODS tab. Upon going to the PLUGINS tab to activate the mod, I discovered that the Mod was not listed.

Attached is a screen shot of the Mods and Plugins tabs., and an exported TXT of the active mods mods created via the EXPORT CURRENT MOD LIST facility in the NMM product

Please remember to attach any trace logs you get in connection to this problem. Without these it will often be very hard to track down the bug.

How to reproduce the problem

I have no idea how to reproduce the problem other than to follow the details outlined in the problem description.

I keep remembering things I forgot in the original. I am installing version 0.123 of the mod (see attached screenshot)

The file keyNuker.esp is not found in my Fallout 4/data folder.
