Fix Download IDs and Check for mod updates, checking from the first mod in the list #1267

The function mentioned in the title does NOT start with the First mod in the list, but seems to start in the middle or random, because the progress bars show me a mod that starts with 'Z' when it is at about 50%. Can this be looked into, please?!
