Describe the bug A short description of what the problem is

Updated to version 0.84.8 by deleting old version and installing the new one.

Opened the game Fallout 4, and went to the Plugins tab.

Disabled (unchecked the box) a mod I had been testing, and then went back into the game. But the mod was still active.

To verify, I exited the game to the Launch Screen, and opened the Mods Tab (to get to Behtesda's load order tool).

And there it was, the mod was still checked as active.

Environment

The mod list is not relevant, as there was no download involved. All mods were present before the upgrade. Besides, not all my mods are from NexusMods. I have Mods from Bethesda.net, AFKMods and mods of my own creation.

Please remember to attach any trace logs you get in connection to this problem. Without these it will often be very hard to track down the bug.

To Reproduce How to reproduce the problem

Simply Disable any active mod in the Plugins tab.
