Describe the bug When detecting games for Fallout 4, the message appears... 'unsuitable file system'

Remembering that I have Baldurs Gate 3 on the same SSD and it is recognized.

Environment

NMM version: 0.86.0
Mod(s) used: <link to mod(s) on Nexus> None

To Reproduce Run program

Additional information File System: NTFS on SSD.

me too！I use WinHex to ensure file system is NTFS on mobile SSD and I detect games for Fallout 4, the message appears: 'unsuitable file system'. It's a bug.
