The same error as #300, NMM isn't finding Fallout4.exe in the Fallout 4 directory.
Closing as duplicate, look to #300 for workarounds, but simply put don't rename Fallout4.exe.
NMM will open and scan. Click on green check for fallout 4 and hit ok. error comes up and needs to close. this is the trace log below. Doesn't make sense to me. Skyrim opens and mods without issues
