Nexus Mod Manger keeps disabling mods for Fallout 4

Describe the bug I have been having this issue for a while now, but the every time I download a texture mod, when I close the nexus manager, it will disable it. Some mods work like Bodyslide and CBBE, and my settlement mods. But textures mod will not work. I have tried different mods, and it seems to be just textures that keep disabling. I honestly do not think it's the game because I have tried everything for it and nothing works. I can run Mod Organizer 2 and that works fine but the Nexus doesn't want to work properly. I have tried the forums and gotten no help, and honestly don't know what to do.
