NMM Deactivates Mods after exit. #40

I recently installed Skyrim Legendary Edition, and as I'm starting to mod the game every time I exit NMM, when I start it back up more then one mod has been deactivated. I can reactivate them...but when I exit NMM deactivates them again. Any help?

I'm having the same issue with Fallout 4, some mods after downloaded simply deactivate after relaunching NMM (the mod in general, not the plugin)... And it seems that even if we activate the mod at the currently NMM stance, those mods doesn't seems to work anyway.
