NMM can't launch properly #459

Describe the bug I'm following a simple guide to install NMM (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CVC31Qu048Q&t=0s&list=PLE7DlYarj-DdGbu7-Chui4ZQuZZCGbpWl&index=3), but after scanning Skyrim SE, when I try to laucnh NMM, it gives me a tracelog, don't know what I must do afterwards. Sometimes I can't launch at all NMM, but sometimes it works, and it gives me a tracelog when I close the window.

Environment

I have 3 different versions of tracelog sooo :
