Mod is installed and activated, but doesn't show up in Skyrim SE or on plugins #607

I have downloaded a mod off of nexus and have downloaded it sucessfully and activated it. Now, it isn't in the plugins tab like i assume it should be.

Environment

To Reproduce Simply install the above mod and activate it, it will not appear ingame or in the plugins tab

Additional information Skyrim SE is currently running the face masks of skyrim mod

That mod appears to be a texture only mod. There is no esp file because it doesn't need one. The mod uses loose files in the same folder structure as the base game so that the game engine uses the loose files instead of those inside the compressed data file.
