settings window issue and skse 64 doesn't work

Please give as much information as you can, replace/remove italicized text.

Describe the bug _A short description of what the problem is_when i opening the settings window i cannot change it size like when i move the cursor to the edge it wont change its shape and some information wasn't show in the window. And for the skse 64, when i followed the installation step to finished it, in the mod list it has a check mark and activated but in the plugins list it disappear. Even though i reinstall it.

0.65.02 is , I believe , the first release of NMM here . Check the version page (if you use .esl files (light master files) support for those was only added in a later version

SKSE64 cannot be installed through NMM . It has to be installed manually . Follow the installation contained in SKSE64s documentation.
