NMM crashes on start with .70.5 #774

Describe the bug NMM crashes as soon as I try to open it.

Environment

To Reproduce Attempting to start up NMM reproduces the problem.

Additional information I've attached the trace log for reference. Unfortunately it reads like Greek to me, so I can't make heads or tails from it. Everything worked fine before I updated from .65.11, but as soon as I updated, this started. I tried reinstalling the update, to see if something had gone awry during installation, but it didn't help. I did double check my antivirus, and NMM is listed under the exceptions list, so that shouldn't be it either.

This seems to be caused by the program installer being unable to update all the files (windows or something preventing it), the quick solution is to go in your NMM Program folder (the one where the program .exe file is) delete everything in it and install NMM again. You won't lose your settings/mod setup, just make sure you install NMM in the exact same location.

The last time I re-install NMM I have to re-install the game too, I don't want to pass for that that again...

Don't work for me, I even try more than one version and got the same error
