Please remember to attach any trace logs you get in connection to this problem. Without these it will often be very hard to track down the bug.

To Reproduce all mods loaded except chinese pstol animations, everyones best friend, pipe guns are still guns. error occurs when trying to load either mosin nagant scripted reload version or non scripted reload version

First of all, thank you for the very detailed mod list, if only everyone did this...

Looking through your tracelog it seems like there's an issue when NMM is trying to create links to mods when activating. The error message we're getting is The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable., though I can't tell which directory it is referencing (could be either the directory where the mods are stored, or in the game data directory where the links are being created).

Given the amount of time that has passed since you reported this, I'm assuming you found a solution (either with or without NMM). I'll submit a PR to ensure NMM doesn't crash, but that still won't resolve the root cause of the problem.
