Problem:

We have seen legitimate cases of valid game installations not being recognized by GameFinder.

Gog Cyberpunk on Linux
Heroic Game launcher

There will be other cases like Elder Scrolls Online that don't have a launcher.

Solution:

Add a CLI option to add a game installation from a custom path. In the future this functionality should also be added to the UI, but this ticket is for CLI functionality specifically.

Helps the user point to a game installed on their own. If the auto find doesn't work then this would be a work around.
