Identify mods which have been installed using FOMOD and save the options selected #632

User story

As a Nexus Web App user

I want to be able to identify which mods have been installed using the FOMOD installer and view the installer options which were picked

So that these options can be highlighted when the mod is reinstalled or at the very least I can identify what may need to be rerun for certain mods.
