2 years ago @Kiradon that error message doesn't necessarily mean that the modules are missing, it can also be raised when it tries to load other C++ modules that are missing or misconfigured, can you try downloading and installing the latest C++ redistributable and let us know if that helps https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe
Recent downloader of Vortex here; on a full, fresh installation of windows, I downloaded Vortex and was presented with the full application, besides the two aforemntioned extensions that prevented me from acessing my plugins and, in turn, prevented me from installing any mods that required an esa. I've tried reinstalling a number of times, disabled literally every single antivirus that I had that came packaged with the fresh installation, and still have had no luck in procuring said modules; and as such, no luck with regards to the installation of any mods.
No idea what's caused this, only that it's occured from an entirely fresh download of the software. Diagnostic files below.
