Downloading a collection where periodically it would fail to download dependancies then spam open windows in firefox. failed mods would report '429'

I've been getting to download a collection, I have premium and should not have a limit to the number of mods I download an hour. The 429 code has been popping up today, why? My username is WhiteWolfLoneRanger2021

Anytime I try to download this pack the mods will fail to download saying I dont have permission or it expired. I am having issue with the "constellation a true rpg" pack so I have been having to download, uninstall, and redownload multiple times. Two mods are missing files in them thus the pack would constantly crash at launch.

I dont know what happened I was getting a lot of failed dependencies it was about 120 failed errors and it went down

Ive downloaded a Mod Collectiion (Daes Dangerous Domain 2: AE NSFW AIO), it is my 4th attempt and everytime i get this error after a certain amount of time! i know it is a HUGE Collection and errors can happen, but everytime?

I was letting my pc install Daes Dangerous Domain 2: AE NSFW AIO unsupervised. When I came back to my PC I had around 240 notifications saying dependency couldn't be installed. Vortex crashed when I tried to pause the installation.

Error 429 Pretty sure that I exceeded the API Limit of 10,000 requests per 24h period, however, I've waited 5 hours before continuing on my installs and the error still popped up.

I was downloadding collections for Skyrim SE (Constellations - A true RPG AND Daes Dangerous Domain 2: AE NSFW AIO) from the 13th to present, and I had to reinstall one of the collection (Constellations - A true RPG). I started the reinstall at rouphly 9am on the 15th and it was around noon or so that error 429 started popping up. I fought with it until around 2pm when I found out what error 429 was. gave it an hour, but nothing changed.

"After that, you will then be limited to 500 requests per hour (around 165 mod downloads per hour via Vortex)" I am assuming that I reached the limit, but it doesn't look like I am recieving a limited API, rather, I am blocked out completely.

I believe I'm referencing the FAQ correctly, but I may have the wrong impression. Still wanted to report
